In Germany, it has been mandatory to receive invoices since January 1, 2025. A requirement to send invoices with phase 1 will be introduced from 2027. Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Croatia, Spain, France, Poland and now Slovakia will also start with the B2B requirement.
